User can create a section from an existing artifact.
The user can search for artifacts, the search is made against the title.
By default suggested artifacts are the one from the configured tracker in the artidoc document. There is the possibility for the user to be able to search artifacts against the whole platform, and to have the list of recent artifacts.
If user is a writer of the document but does not have permission to create artifact in the current artifact, she can add an existing section.
When an existing section is added in an empty document, the default pending artifact section is removed.
