If I have tuleap-i286.exe in both /v/l/c/ftp/incoming and /v/l/c/secure_ftp, what is the returned response by SOAP?
The same for the web UI, what is displayed in the selectbox? Should we have three groups of options (local, scp/ftp, secure ftp) or should we merge all ftp stuff in once?

What is the impact of the SOAP method getUploadedFiles()
