The team is informed at first glance that there is an urgency.
  • There is a new row  at the top of the kanban
  • The row is not large if no "urgency"
  • I can add an urgency directly from the row and in any column
  • Technically, a field "Urgency" is in the tracker to distinguish an item urgent from a non urgent
  • If no field urgency within tracker, no "urgency" row
