Step 1

  • Don't load collapsed columns items (and load them only when user open a collapsed column)
    • Call REST HEAD routes on collapsed collumns to get the number of cards (don't refactor the REST routes)

Step 2

  • Be able to drop in a collapsed column
    • The card is appended at the bottom of the column (Kanban rule, same behavior as Status changed)
