I don't have to ssh the Tuleap server to do all the manual stuff

A new Tuleap plugin that pilot all the existing tools: (re)import Bugzilla->Tuleap & push Tuleap -> Bugzilla. This allows admins to define:

• a source Bugzilla query
• a target project / tracker in Tuleap
• The bugzilla server

This also comes with:

• all the underlying process to glue the various tools together
• the regular job execution (cron)
• a console that shows the result log of executions
