feat: improve display of special characters

This is a follow-up to git #tuleap/stable/7302eb2dc5daa3250fe5bc906e71905d46d38f81 Instead of diplaying a red dot (CodeMirror's default), we now display directly the special characters enclosed in angle brackets. Part of request #23496: Add warnings when displaying code with bidirectional Unicode text in Git/PR web UI Change-Id: I41f7f6058e40bbb5ee02a11dedbb1d418c579719
