Many artifacts were created where a field called, for example, “Environment” contained a value “Both”. This value was then hidden by the Project Admin. There were many artifacts that were still Open that contained that hidden value. When users tried to modify those artifacts with the hidden value nothing would happen when they clicked on the Submit button. No error is generated in the GUI. When the artifact is opened everything looks normal. No indication to the user that the Environment field contained an Invalid value (because it is now hidden).
