    When adding a new category, it does not appear in executions list
    Given an existing Test campaign, when I create a new Test definition with a category that is not already part of the campaign (e.g. "Git" category, but previously there was no other Test def. with "Git" category in the campaign) and add this new Test definition to the campaign, using the Edit campaign modal
    Then the newly added Test Execution will not show up.
    It shows up correctly when I refresh the page with F5. It should update "dynamically" the campaign
