    Integrate mailhog in dev stack

    MailHog is tool that helps developers to work with emails sent by their development server.

    With this integration, it's really easy to catch all emails sent by Tuleap, like they are received by 3rd party MUA. It allows to:

    • track headers
    • see how many emails are sent
    • stop spamming your inbox
    • prevent sending emails to 3rd party people

    This will probably help us to remove tools/plugin/maillog (that is broken since recent update of our zend mail dependencies BTW)
