    Tracker. Unsubscribing a user remove notified people
    Even if they are not related/the same

    Scenario, in tracker admin, notifications:
    * add bob@gmail.com as notified people
    * add a user (valid on the platform) as unsubscribed. It removes bob from above.

    Setup

    Have the following configuration:

    Tracker mail notifications are set to "Status change notifications".
    In global Email notifications have a line of notified people with "on all update" checked with :

    1. a user group with one user (We'll call him the_user_in_the_ugroup)
    2. a user (We'll call him a_regular_user)
