    Date error prevents creation of Program Increments

    Given the following conditions are present:

    • $sys_lang = 'en_US'; in local.inc configuration
    • Current user is browsing Tuleap in French in their user preferences
    • redis is not installed or is disabled

    Then, I will get an error stating that the date values "are not dates" and I will be unable to create Program Increments.

    Workarounds

    1. Switch the language to English in user preferences
    2. Or, install and deploy redis async workers
