    unable to use project references in svn commit message
    When this option : "Mandatory Reference in commit message" is turned on in subversion, i cannot add a reference to a artifact (tv5) in the svn commit message.
    I get the following error:
    Transmitting file data .svn: Commit failed (details follow):
    svn: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:
    You must make at least one reference in the commit message

    Only the system references are working, as art, for instance.
