    Workflow:The option "must not be empty" does not work for the field attachements
    In the workflow, i set a transition from (New artifact) to state "New" in which i have mentioned that the field attachment must not be empty.
    Even if this condition is set and event if there is no attachment, i can submit a new artifact!
