    Not relevant, should focus on request #7904 instead.

    BTW, if this happens, one should clean tracker_artifact_priority_history table with request like:
    delete from tracker_artifact_priority_history where artifact_id_lower = XXXX or artifact_id_higher = XXXX
    • Status changed from Verified to Declined
    • Close date set to 2015-03-03
