    Fatal error when displaying an artifact that has been ranked in a deleted milestone
    Long title, simple issue, in a Scrum dashboard:
    1. create 2 stories
    2. create a sprint
    3. put the 2 stories in the sprint
    4. in planning v2, in the sprint, change rank of the stories
    5. delete (permanently, as tracker admin) the sprint

    => when you try to display one of the 2 artifacts, you get a fatal error
