How to reproduce the issue:
1. Create a new project on my.enalean
2. Activate mediawiki service
3. Create 2 pages :
The first page : "Test" with the following content:

== Example ==
This is an example. <br>
test after mediawiki upgrade to 1.23 <br>
---

The second page : "Transclusion" with the following content:

Hello!!!

---
{{#lsth:Test|Example}}
---

4. Now try to modify the first page : "Test" as following:
== Example ==
This is an example. <br>
test after mediawiki upgrade to 1.23 <br>
New modification on mediawiki 1.23
---

5. Reload "Transclusion" page
6. Your modification should be visible in "Transclusion" page, but this is not the case when you are using the new version of mediawiki!
