    art|doc|... keywords doesn't generate the right cross reference when cross projects

    When using a system reference that targets a unique resource (like art, doc, etc) one expect to use the format keyword # id without having to specify the project name or id to have a bidirectional link.

    As of today, the cross links (for instance back from artifact to the commit message it was referenced in) only work inside a given projet.

    This should work cross project, for all sources (commits message, wiki, etc) and all "system" references with unique reference (art, doc, etc)

    The following system keywords are now available cross-project :

    • art, artifact
    • doc, document, folder, dossier
    • file, release

    The following system keywords will soon be available cross-project :

    • forum, msg
    • news

    Other system keywords don't support cross-references and their links already work cross-project.
