    Default footer and homepage redirect to HTTP URLs
    The default homepage and footer provided with a Tuleap contains links to some parts of the Tuleap community.

    Some of these links are HTTP URLs when these pages are only accessible over HTTPS. The web should become HTTPS by default, this does not set a good example.
