    Openlist field can have an erroneous value when an artifact is created
    When you create an artifact having an open list field and you do not specify a value for the field, the field will get by default the value 100. This is not what we want, we should get no value if no value has been specified by the tracker administrators.

    You can see the issue by using the kanban_items route for example.
