    Do not use deprecated services in new projects
    In new projects, there is no reason to use old and deprecated services. It concerns SVN core and legacy Tracker engine (tracker v3).
    The new way of creation must work with both creation from UI and import XML.

    * For the SVN core, if the SVN plugin is installed, we do not use the SVN core in new project anymore.
    * For the legacy tracker engine, new project will no more use it.
    * PHPWiki replaced by Mediawiki for new projects

    In the ideal world, these services must not be enabled if there is no content and if they are disabled
