The file fieldchange is related to a node file outside changeset with a ref attribute.
We will provide a dataset to be inserted in data directory into import project directory. It will contains a file of each following extension: .jpg, .svg, .png, .pdf.
The cli-generate-artifacts command will randomly pick a file into this dataset to build a file fieldchange.
