    Problem in user group binding across public & private projects
    Today, you can for instance bind a user group from a public project A to a private project B.
    Thus, it can be possible to assign an artifact to a user not member of the private project.
    This user will receive an almost empty notification with links to the artifact he can't access since he's not project member.
    The idea is to not include in the group (LDAP or not) the users not member of the private project :
    For instance, let's say LDAP group "LDAP_Group" is composed with Tom, Betty and Brian.
    Let's say, Tom and Betty are members of the private project.
    Then, on Tuleap_Group bind with "LDAP_Group" only Tom and Betty will be in that group, not Brian.
