    Update and align the version of gulp-sass used to build the SCSS files
    We use different versions of gulp-sass which result in using different versions of node-sass.

    That could lead to inconsistencies between the generated CSS files and prevent to build the CSS files in a Alpine container since only the latest version of node-sass run with Alpine.
