    There is a webpack error propagated to the minified file:

    Module build failed: ReferenceError: Unknown plugin "transform-object-rest-spread" specified in "base" at 0, attempted to resolve relative to "/tuleap/src/www/themes/common/tlp/src/js"

    Users cannot see their artifact history on Flaming Parrot pages as a result.
