I can configure a group of people to only get artifacts when art is Open or Closed, without having all the discussion in between.

As tracker administrator, in Tracker admin "email settings", I can select

  • A user, an email or a group of people
  • And check if they are notified
    • New []
    • Closes []
    • All (auto checked & disabled New and Closed)

The "Close" notification is computed based on Status semantic and is proposed only if this semantic is available. A warning will be added in the semantic page, mentionning it may imply tracker global notifications.

If the semantic is removed :

  • if a notification is only on "Closed", then the notification is removed
  • if a notification is "Closed" and "new" or "all" then the notification is updated

If no semantic status, the closed column is not displayed.

A forge upgrade is handling the new values within global notifications.

The xml import/export is not included (story #10505)
