    Each access to a report log information not needed
    Each time a user access to a report, some old and unused debug information are added into /var/log/tuleap/debug.log

    These are not needed, so we remove this (crappy) logging.

    Should we add a mention in the deployment guide to encourage users to remove this useless file?
