    Tuleap SOAP API does not work if you use a PHP 5.6 setup
    If you currently try to use the Tuleap SOAP API in a PHP 5.6 setup you will end with the following error when you try to login:
    NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: SoapServer::handle(): I/O warning : failed to load external entity "php://input" in /usr/
