We should be able to import a Kanban with its own configuration

Example of import:
<kanban title="My personnal kanban">
<configuration tracker_id="T22" name="test">
<column wip="1" id="V383"/>
<column wip="2" id="V384"/>
<column wip="3" id="V385"/>
</configuration>
</kanban>

Where T22 is the tracker id
And column id is the value of the column in kanban (aka id of semantic status value)
