    Introduce phpunit to run tests

    As of today we already have a little usage of phpunit:

    • proftpd tests
    • SOAP
    • REST

    However the usage is not unified nor properly done.

    This contrib introduce usage of phpunit from composer + exec on core + usage of the most recent/usable (even if already deprecated) of phpunit.

    Once done we should be able to align phpunit usage on the whole code base and new tests should be phpunit only.
