    Use eslint as a pre-commit hook
    In order to reduce the "technical" and automatable back-and-forth replies during code review, we should use eslint as a pre-commit hook, just like we do for scss-lint or phpcs.
    This is a first step, further requests will enhance eslint's abilities such as linting Vue files.
