    TTM should not load all campaigns
    When we open TTM, there is a spinner that is displayed for a few seconds just to display a link "Load closed campaigns". This is frustrating because we are waiting for nothing. Furthermore the title of the link becomes irrelevant because closed campaigns are already loaded.

    Therefore I suggest to only retrieve open campaigns and really load closed campaign when user really wants to.
