    FrontRouter has proper error handling

    ATM front router  (art #11336) only catch routes that are defined for it, silently ignoring all other calls.

    As we cleaned-up the tuleap entry point to only do routing (art #11336) it's now time to catch all routing errors and to properly report them.

    Thanks to this contribution, we will no longer see weird error message about displaying standardHomePage instead of a 404.
