    Too many SQL calls on "plugin" table done at each hit

    There are ~20 queries made on "plugin" table at each hit to retrieve plugin name and whether plugin is restricted or not. While it doesn't seem to have a noticable impact on development environments, save 20 queries per hit might be a small contribution to save polar bears at long term. #WeLovePandaTeam
