    Tuleap CLI tool does not display any errors anymore
    Issue has been introduced by the fix done for request #11897.

    The CLI tool when called through /usr/bin/tuleap likely means it's called directly by a user. The user has the possibility to use the '--quiet' option and/or to redirect /dev/stderr.
