This depends on story #12404.

The docman UI allows to multi-select files.

When more than one file is selected, a "Download as zip" button appears with a filesize indicator (it corresponds to the unzipped file size).

On button click the download starts.

When the total file size is greater than the threshold defined in previous story, the button is turned in "warning" mode to inform about the "large download incoming"
