    Git clone protocol should be HTTPS for anonymous users
    When I browse a Git repository as an anonymous user, the Git clone protocol should be HTTPS by default.
    In this use-case, anonymous users are not expected to have an SSH key, or an account on the platform. They just want to quickly get a git repo.
