    Run PHPUnit unit test suite with PHP 7.3 in the nightly test run
    There is now less than 1 year of upstream active support for PHP 7.2. We should start planning for PHP 7.3 to not reproduce errors from the past (be forced to run a PHP version to the end of the security support).


    Running progressively the different test suites with PHP 7.3 in the nightly test run let us work on it progressively without impacting all the submitted changesets.
