    Tracker follow-up comments: display changes with a lot of artifact links waste a lot of resources

    The generation of diff for artifact follow-up comments when there are a lot of changes and a lot of links takes very long.

    On an reference artifact with 550+ comments and 200+ links it takes ~2mn to render and generates 240'000+ SQL request :scream:
