I have a feature consistent with all other Tuleap features.

AC to be defined more precisely after implementation of story #13230, story #13231 and story #13232

A couple of things where not taken into account during dev, it's now tim to:

  • be able to switch Contributor semantic from Regular to Automated
  • inherit the tracker at project creation
  • do XML import/export
  • update the REST route for tracker description
  • remove the feature flag
