    Expand/collapse of a folder in the new document UI works partially
    Expand/collapse of a folder in the new document manager UI works only if the current user expands/collapses the folders whose he is the owner.
    If the user wants to try to collapse a folder whose he is not the owner, and if he refreshes the page, then the folders collapsed is expanded.
    The reverse is also true...
