    Apply msguniq during gettext extraction in plugins
    Sometimes we end up with the following issue:

    ```
    [tracker] Generating default .pot file
    <stdin>:1196: duplicate message definition...
    <stdin>:1085: ...this is the location of the first definition
    msggrep: found 1 fatal error
    ```

    msguniq removes duplicate, it is already done in core.
