    Transition_PostActionFactory unit tests do not work without database
    Since the integration of request #12189, some unit tests do not work without a database connection.

    This has been introduce by commit git tuleap/stable#fa9f493a9cab67af0b1810762765916cfacd8191: Drop Frozen Fields feature flag
