    No information are logged when Tuleap is unable to create an artifact via the REST API
    When somehow your tracker is in an incorrect state, it's hard to determine why an artifact can not be created. The REST API returns an error 500 with an unhelpful message 'Unable to create artifact' and nothing else is logged.
    This makes hard to track what's the reason of the failure.
