    Velocity calculation must works with initial effort as a list field
    If the value selected in a select box or radio button for initial effort (based on semantic) is a numeric value, then the value must be well used to calculate the velocity chart.

    In addition, if the value selected for initial effort is not a numeric but starts by number (example 123abc), the starting numbers must not be displayed as initial effort in the PV2 view.
