    "Artifact submitter" used in Select Box displays users only when it is not associated with another group
    When using the "Selectbox" inside tracker
    A user wants to use "Bind to users" to combine "Artifacts submitters" with a defined group for the project
    When doing so there is no value which can be selected.

    I have tried several combinaison, some are working, some are not working

    "Project members + Project admin" => Working
    "Artifact submitter + Project members" => Not working
    "Project admin + defined group" => Working
    "Artifcat submitter + defined group" => Not working
