    I can create an artifact even when the workflow, permissions or required fields wont allow "add in place".

    • A new button "Add new <tracker name>"  is added in the button bar (next to Kanban title & "show graphs" button)
    • The visual feedback when the artifact is pending creation, updated and created are changed to be aligned with what is done in Planning view as well as Taskboard
    • When the artifact is created with a status that correspond to a collapsed column, there is a visual feedback on the column
    • After creation, counters and WIP status are updated
    • The creation takes into account real time as well as absence of real time
    • The artifact is created at the end of the column
      • When the artifact is created in a column that already contains a lot of elements, there is little popup message at the bottom right of the screen to inform user (as in Document)
      • When the kanban is used as a widget, the message is also on the bottom right of the screen, even if there are other, unrelated, widgets there
    • When the kanban is filtered, the same constraint and behaviour are applied to "full artifact creation"
