I can paste what I see

Being able to copy/paste or dn'd images into the comment box has a broader impact:

• The comment displayed at the top of the test will only display the beginning of the message with ... plus an action button to display the full message (including images) in a modal window
• When a bug is created out of the test result, the bug desc must be in HTML and include the images
  • Images are not duplicated in the bug, they are referenced. It means that they will be stored in the test_exec but rendered in the bug.
• The comment box is converted from text to HTML (only)
  • Old comment must be flagged as text to be rendered properly (urls)
  • New comment will only be in HTML
  • the comment box is displayed as a small text box without decorum to save space but when people want to set an actual message the text box is enlarged (and the formatting bar appears) to make it usable.
• The TTM tracker templates are updated to include an attachment field
  • It will be up to tracker admins in each project using TTM to update the existing trackers to add the field in test exec
