    SSH keys must be sent to Gerrit without any kind of escaping
    Tuleap currently tries to escape the character = into \u003d when submitting a new key to Gerrit.

    This is not needed (at least not in "recent" 3.x+ Gerrit versions) and Gerrit rejects such "escaped key".
