    REST endpoint /projects/:id/testmanagement_campaigns is slow
    The endpoint is slow which lead to a not so great user experience when opening the test management plugin or in test plan (the test campaigns pane is quite slow in comparison of the test plan pane).
    The slowness is due the naive computation of the sum of tests per status. See the profile https://blackfire.io/profiles/d834cd71-e13c-40b2-8179-6111ccaa48c9/graph (with an extreme situation but the resulting profile is relevant nonetheless).
