    Cannot review files with "special" characters in their paths from the web UI
    The UI will tell you the file cannot be found.

    Reproduction scenario:
    1. Create a new file "+folder/file", commit it and push it in a new branch
    2. Create a new PR from this branch
    3. Go see the diff of the file you added
